RULES: By participating, you (or if an eligible minor your parent/legal guardian) agree: a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judges, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, including illSTATiC, and its affiliated companies, asterisk*, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively "Releasees"), from all claims or damages including accidents, injury or death, arising out of your participation in the competition and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, or any claims arising out of your entry.
