The following constitutes the rules for this prize winning sweepstakes.

1. All IllSTATiC contests are open to any/all IllSTATiC users, unless otherwise specified by illSTATiCor its affiliates.
2. Only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed.
3. Winners mustsign a release prior to receiving theirprize.
4. All prizes, unlessotherwise specified, must be pickedup within thirty days of winning. illSTATiCwill not notify winners of the timeremaining on their prize. It is theresponsibility of the winner to claimthe prize within the thirty days provided.
5. All unclaimedprizes will be forfeited.
6. illSTATiC is atliberty to give away any unclaimed prizeat the end of the thirty day grace period.
7. All major prizeswill be given away by illSTATiC. Oddsof winning will depend on the numberof qualified entries.
8. illSTATiC may substituteanother prize of equal value, in theevent of non-availability of an announcedprize.
9. In the case ofa dispute over telephone lines, thedecision of IllSTATiC is final.
10. In the eventthat two telephone lines are tied togetherduring a phone contest, the entire phonecall will be disqualified and anotherphone call will be taken. illSTATiC cannotaward duplicate prizes to both partiesin a “tied together” situation.An example of a “tied together”call may be two telephone calls originatingfrom the same location or residenceor a party line.
11. Employees ofillSTATiC, PHONYC Inc., its agencies, their affiliates, representatives,and their families or households theiremployees are ineligible to enter/win.
12. Prizes may bemailed at the discretion of illSTATiC.illSTATiC is not responsible for the failureor tardiness of prizes delivered viaUS Postal Service. Otherwise, prizesmust be claimed in person, unless otherwisespecified. Proper identification (validdriver’s license, passport, stateID, military ID required.
13. In certain “uniquesituations”, a designated representativewill be allowed to accept prize forthe winner. Written authorization fromthe winner including representative’sname, ID, and a photocopy of the winner’sdrivers license is required. illSTATiCwill qualify what constitutes a “uniquesituation.”
14. illSTATiC is notresponsible for defective prizes.
15. Additions or deletions to theserules may be made at the discretionof IllSTATiC, and may be enacted at any time.
16. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.
17. illSTATiC, itsagencies, affiliates, sponsors or representativesabsolve themselves of any liability,financial or otherwise, resulting fromany on or off-air contests staged byillSTATiC.
18. All contestsentries become the property of illSTATiC.Furthermore, illSTATiC may withhold anycontest materials crucial to the completionof the contest.
19. All contestantsacknowledge, as a condition of entry,that illSTATiC has a right to publicize,or broadcast the winner’s name,character, likeness, voice or all mattersincidental herein.
20. All prizes arenon-transferable and void where prohibitedby law. No cash substitution of prizesallowed.
21. Winners understandand agree that they are responsiblefor any and all taxes incurred on prizesreceived.
22. In the eventthat a winner chooses not to accepta prize, he or she forfeits all claimto that prize. illSTATiC then has theright, at its discretion, to award thatprize to a contest runner-up.
23. Sweepstakes/contestsare open to U.S. residents only.
24. Any tie willbe broken by random drawing from amongthe tied, qualified entries. The drawingwill be conducted by IllSTATiC, and the resultsof the drawing are final.
25. The decisionof IllSTATiC is final. Winner’s willbe notified by email. Only one winneror qualifer per family or householdevery thirty (30) days.
